Accessing your case requests, checking the Real-Time Status Updates, and downloading records has never been made easier. You can search your records by work-order, case number, plaintiff, defendant, subject, claim number, facility name and date ranges.
- Our Case-Managers notify your team once records have been QC, Bates numbers applied and ready for download
- Once the records have been downloaded the “down-arrow” icon turns red
- Real-Time Status Update – Click the “I” icon to see the real-time status update for the request (every time a new action is done on that request, we enter it so you will always know what’s going on and the date and time)
